Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 + 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 3 + 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder (approx. 15g)
- 1 tablespoon of crystal sugar
- 1 + 1/4 cups of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of butter (melted)
Directions
- Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl.
- Make a well in the center and add milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat, then scoop the batter onto the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
