Ingredients

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (around 400ml)
  • 150g of shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • (Optional) Cloves, crystal sugar OR some more shredded coconut for rolling the balls on.

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a pot. Then add the condensed milk and the coconut, cook it until the mixture gets thick[*].
  2. Let it cold in the fridge and once the mix is "holdable" and a bit harder.
  3. Then, make small balls and roll them in either crystal sugar or shredded coconut. It is also possible to add a clover on each ball.

[*] The mixture is considered thick when you "pass" a spoon on the bottom of the pan and the mix is thick enough that you can see the bottom
