Sweet popcorn
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of corn kernel
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a pan with lid (the pan should not be too small, since the popcorn occupies a lot of space after popping).
- Put the pan in medium heat and keep stirring.
- Once the kernels start popping consistently (with at most 1 second between each kernels), lower the heat.
- Keep shaking the pan until all kernels are popped.
