Sweet popcorn

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of corn kernel
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in a pan with lid (the pan should not be too small, since the popcorn occupies a lot of space after popping).
  2. Put the pan in medium heat and keep stirring.
  3. Once the kernels start popping consistently (with at most 1 second between each kernels), lower the heat.
  4. Keep shaking the pan until all kernels are popped.
